Terms
Emergency Repair Network is a DBA of JOSEPH DISTRIBUTING, LLC.
What this service is
Emergency Repair Network is a referral line. When you call, we connect you with an independent, locally owned repair company. We do not perform the work, and we do not choose the price. Any agreement for repairs is between you and that company.
No guarantees
We do not promise arrival times, availability, results, or that any company holds a particular license or certification. Ask the company directly before you hire them.
Insurance
We do not file, handle or negotiate insurance claims, and we do not bill insurers. Talk to your insurance company about your coverage.
Emergencies
If there is danger to life, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 and the gas company.
Recording
Calls are recorded as described in our privacy page.
